Can I exchange an item?
Our online store does not offer the option to make direct exchanges of ordered items. If you do not want to keep an item, you must return it and, if you wish, place a new order to receive the returned item in a different size or color. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
Our facilities are not open to the public and in-person returns are not accepted.
How do I return an item?
Customers residing in the European Union are guaranteed the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of a product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the purchased products without needing to justify their decision and without any penalty. This right applies to all our products.
In this case, return costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend sending the parcel by certified mail and keeping the proof of shipment until the refund is received.
When we receive the returned product, and after verifying that it has not been used or damaged, we will refund the payment. For the refund, we will use the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Do not forget to include the order reference or invoice number. This is very important to correctly process your return and ensure you receive your refund as soon as possible.

What are the return conditions?
— That it has been purchased on www.bullpadel.com
— That the product keeps its original packaging and has not been used.
— That the original labels have not been removed.
— That it has not been altered (for example, in the case of a racket, no overgrips or protectors have been added)
— That it has not been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
How long does it take to receive my money after a return?
Once the product arrives at our warehouses, the refund request will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days.
