This document establishes the terms and conditions governing purchases through the Website owned by TRADINTER S.L. (hereinafter, “THE COMPANY”), of the products and services offered therein (hereinafter, the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” or “GTCS”).
2 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By placing an order through the Website, you declare that you are over 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you place the order on behalf of a legal entity, you declare that you have sufficient authority to represent such entity and to accept these GTCS.
Likewise, from the moment you place the order, after ticking the boxes provided in the purchase form, you accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions without reservation. These GTCS replace any previous conditions contained in any other document.

5 - PURCHASE PROCESS

To make a purchase you must register on the Website. You will be required to provide, among others, your name or company name, address and email, which must be true and accurate.
To complete registration, you must read and accept our “Privacy Policy” and our “Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website”. Upon registration you will receive a username and password (“Credentials”) to access your personal account.
Order placement:
Once you have Credentials, you can select products, add them to the cart and follow the steps to complete the order.
Once billing and shipping data are entered and payment is completed, you will receive order details (including an order number, hereinafter “Order Number”).
Order confirmation:

Neither you nor THE COMPANY shall be liable for failure to comply with these GTCS as a result of force majeure beyond your control.
17 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract for the purchase of products through this Website shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any controversy arising from or related to the use of the Website or said contract shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts and tribunals.
APPENDIX I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BULLCLUB LOYALTY CLUB
1. Nature of the Club
Membership in BullClub, the loyalty program of Bullpadel.com (hereinafter, the "Club"), is free, voluntary, and revocable, and is fully subject to these General Conditions of Sale, as well as, where applicable, to any specific terms and conditions that may apply at any given time. The Club allows registered users to access, on a purely promotional and non-consolidable basis, certain exclusive advantages, promotions, rewards, experiences, content, or benefits. The availability, scope, conditions of access, retention, and validity period of these benefits may be unilaterally modified, restricted, or canceled by Bullpadel at any time, in accordance with the provisions of this Appendix. For this reason, users are recommended to periodically review these Program Terms of Use on bullpadel.com to remain informed at all times of the scope of their rights.
2. Specific Nature of Rewards. Exclusions
The benefits and rewards obtained within the framework of the Club shall be strictly specific, personal, and non-transferable. Furthermore, they shall lack autonomous economic or asset value, shall not constitute a means of payment or any credit right against Bullpadel, and may not be exchanged for cash, compensation, substitution, assignment, transfer, or encumbrance in favor of third parties, unless expressly authorized in writing by Bullpadel. Registered users may not demand from Bullpadel any modification or substitution of the scheduled benefit or reward.
Likewise, Bullpadel may exclude, totally or partially and at any time, certain products, collections, exclusive launches, limited editions, selected items, or specific categories from the application of discount coupons or other advantages linked to the Club, without this generating any right to compensation. Such exclusions may respond to commercial, promotional, operational, logistical, or availability criteria, and will be informed on the corresponding product page, during the checkout process, or in the specific conditions applicable to each promotional action.
Furthermore, the enjoyment of the benefit or reward shall take place at the moment the registered user decides to redeem it. Consequently, it may occur that at that specific moment the benefit or reward is no longer valid, even if it had been valid in the past.
3. Conditions of Use, Accumulation, and Expiration
Coupons, discounts, or any other advantages obtained through the Club may be subject, in addition to these conditions, to specific requirements and limitations of use, such as minimum purchase amounts, restrictions by channel, user, territory or product, specific validity periods, limited availability, single use, incompatibility, or non-cumulation with other active promotions, discounts, sales, commercial campaigns, or promotional codes, as well as any other specific conditions established by Bullpadel for each action.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific campaign, Bullpadel may freely set a limited validity period for the benefits granted. Upon expiration, any unused benefits shall be automatically, definitively, and irrevocably extinguished, without the need for prior notice or any right of the user to compensation, reimbursement, substitution, recovery, or indemnity. The expiration date of each advantage will be communicated to the user through their private area, by email, or in the official rules of the corresponding promotion, without prejudice to the fact that the user's failure to consult or read such information shall not affect its validity.
4. Modification and Cancellation of the Program
Bullpadel reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or cancel, totally or partially, the Club, as well as any of its conditions, tiers, advantages, access mechanisms, systems of accumulation, redemption, or enjoyment of benefits, whenever commercial, technical, operational, strategic, logistical, security, fraud prevention, force majeure, or any other duly justified causes occur. Such decisions shall take effect from the date determined by Bullpadel and will be communicated to users through the usual communication channels with reasonable notice whenever possible. In no case shall such measures confer upon the user any right to indemnity, compensation, restitution, or claim of any kind for the loss of expectations, potential benefits, or unused advantages.
5. Fraudulent Use and Penalties
In the event that Bullpadel detects, confirms, or finds reasonable evidence of fraudulent use, abuse of the program, utilization contrary to the promotional purpose of the Club, artificial or irregular generation of benefits, unauthorized multiplicity of accounts, anomalous or suspicious commercial behavior, repeated and unjustified returns linked to the use of rewards, falsification of data, breach of these conditions, or any action contrary to contractual good faith, Bullpadel may immediately suspend, block, or cancel the user's account in the Club, deny access to or enjoyment of its advantages, and invalidate all accumulated and pending benefits, even if they were generated previously, without the need for prior notice and without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply.
6. Cancellation of Membership
The cancellation of a registered user's account on the website, as well as a specific request to withdraw from the loyalty program, for whatever reason, shall imply the automatic and immediate loss of Club membership and the definitive extinction of all accumulated benefits, points, or rewards that had not been previously used, without any right to recovery, reactivation, compensation, restitution, or conversion into any other type of advantage, balance, or credit.
7. Data Protection
The operation of the Club requires the processing of the user's personal data for the purpose of managing their registration and permanence in the program, verifying compliance with its conditions, administering the allocation, maintenance, redemption, and enjoyment of the associated advantages, and, where the corresponding consent has been provided or another valid legitimizing basis exists, developing basic purchase profiles to send personalized promotions or commercial communications. Such processing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of applicable data protection regulations and the Bullpadel Privacy Policy, which the user may consult to obtain additional information regarding legal bases, retention periods, and the exercise of rights.
